IWorld of Travel announced the addition of Joe Sayers to the corporate team headquartered in Florida, effective immediately, as the new Global Operations Manager.
Joe brings a wealth of professional experience in the travel/hospitality industry, having managed providers including Avianca, Air France, British Airways, and Rail Europe; and global accounts such as American Express, Club Med, Expedia, and Disney, to name a few.
“Joe’s proven expertise in both logistics and operations makes him the ideal candidate to support our U.S. team and partners around the globe,” said Richard Krieger, IWorld of Travel’s President and Chief Relationship Officer. “His results-oriented, analytical approach is a great asset, and we are delighted to have him aboard,” he added.
In his new role, Sayers will standardize procedures to enhance customer service, liaise with suppliers, verify pricing and invoicing, resolve service issues, and support internal policies. Additionally, he will oversee PrideWorld and Gelber’s Way which are key growth areas in IWorld of Travel’s extensive portfolio.
